Pep Maria remains the technical point of contact and coordinates design, execution and follow-up. Plumbing work is carried out by trusted specialist partner companies and integrated into the property’s overall planning.
We coordinate tanks, booster sets, pumps, filtration, reverse osmosis and distribution from the design stage. We also integrate the hydraulic circuits serving climate systems, underfloor heating, pools and irrigation.
A well-organised technical room makes commissioning, servicing and future additions easier. We therefore pay equal attention to sizing, accessibility and pipework routes.
